When logged in, you get access to a number of functions:
- Overview of your loans, reservations, to-do list, outstanding balances and loan history.
- Notifications about picking up reservations and returning borrowed materials.
- Pay your outstanding balances if the library is registered for the MobilePay function or set up for ØiR.
Log in
You log in by clicking the "My page" icon in the bottom menu. You can then enter your CPR or patron number and PIN code.
Create library user
If you are not yet a registered user at your municipality's libraries, you can do so on your library's website.
23/6-23: "Create user" is removed from the app.
Due to new guidelines from Apple and Google, we have to (hopefully temporarily) remove the "Create library user" button in the Library app. The reason is that Apple and Google do not allow the ability to create a user in an app where you do not also have the option to delete your user. We are currently investigating the possibility of introducing a place in the app that informs the user what to do if they wish to delete their library user.
Log out
To log out, tap the "My Page" icon in the bottom menu and then tap the arrow next to your name. A screen will then appear where you can log out, either by clicking the log out button or swipe on the user name.
