With Assist at hand, new patrons can be created anywhere. This makes it quick and easy without having to send the patron to a counter.
"Create patron" is under "Patrons" in the bottom menu.
A patron is created by entering some information about them. The social security number, PIN code and pickup location must be filled in for the patron to be created. The remaining fields are not required. These are phone number, email and how the patron wants to receive notifications.
When creating patron profiles for children, it is possible to add a financial guardian. This is done by turning the toggle on, after which the guardian's CPR number and email must be entered.
The creation is completed by pressing the "Create patron" button, after which it is confirmed.
